Step 1 – Assess

Create a full strategic plan aligned to the business’s objectives, including sustainable practices roadmap, core marketing principles to protect and grow brand reputation and presence, identify market and value chain opportunities, assessment of resources and current processes for ‘IRL’ application.
Step 3 – Advance
Support, accountability and/or execution of strategic plan to an agreed timeline, and budget. Reviews and reporting, reassessment for Continuous Improvement, alignment and results.
