Brand reputation, a vital Credential

Brand reputation remains one of the most important credentials of a business, influencing perception, alignment, and that ultimate decision to buy, and is built partly through customer experience, business values, and true authenticity.

However, many businesses I talk to don’t have brand values visible for those doing their research; sometimes because they don’t think they’re important to communicate and sometimes because they have just never sat down & identified them.

I always want to complete this step with any client because values can be the basis of identifying the ideal customer, content for communication, and, of course, building that all important brand reputation.
